Job Title: Painter and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at OSG Renovation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to use various painting tools.
