Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders to synchronize business objectives and enhance execution.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the North American sector.
- Aggregate financial performance data from regional operations and provide insightful analysis.

- Partner with the business to refine sales forecasts and improve KPI accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
- Experience in a cross-functional business partnering capacity.

- Proficient in technology, particularly Power BI and SAP (or similar ERP systems).
- Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and effective tactical planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
