Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Lead Financial Accountant to enhance their financial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Accounting Management:
    Oversee the complete accounting cycle for multiple entities.
  2. Accounts Payable Management:
    Handle the processing of numerous invoices weekly, ensuring timely payments.
  3. Accounts Receivable Oversight:
    Administer the invoicing process, maintaining accurate records and collections.
  4. Account Reconciliation:
    Conduct monthly reconciliations for various accounts, including bank and credit card statements.
  5. Accounting Duties:
    Input entries into the accounting system, manage asset setups, and perform necessary reconciliations.
    Ensure accuracy in tax working papers and manage intercompany transactions effectively.
  6. Additional Tasks:
    Utilize MS Excel for tracking capital assets and manage accounting for both domestic and international companies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in full cycle accounting.
  • Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as DocLink, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and reconciliation abilities.
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Standard working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
