At Maglicious, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective food, ingredient, and supply purchases.
  • Staff Management: Evaluate and improve staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and implement operational procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and contribute to the development of new services and operational procedures.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
