Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at J.Y Tiling LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the installation of ceramic tiles, marble, and granite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for tiling, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Adhesive Application: Mix and apply adhesives using a hand trowel, following established procedures.
  • Tile Installation: Set, align, and straighten tiles to ensure a precise and professional finish.
  • Obstacle Navigation: Cut and fit tiles around obstacles, such as pipes and electrical outlets.
  • Grouting: Pack grout and remove excess, ensuring a clean and even finish.
  • Tile Replacement: Replace cracked or damaged tiles, maintaining the integrity of the installation.
  • Material Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tile Strip Installation: Install tile strips, completing the installation to the highest standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in tile installation.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
