Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Defence Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional liability and a proven track record of success in the insurance defence area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the defence of insurance companies against professional liability claims
- Conduct research and analysis to support case development and strategy
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement case plans
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in insurance defence law
- Strong knowledge of professional liability and insurance law
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
