At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships with our clients, helping them protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we'll provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
