About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships, meeting insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No experience required, with applicable training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
