Market Development Director

Are you a sales professional looking to drive business growth in the food and beverage industry? We're seeking a skilled Market Development Manager to join our team at Adecco.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to meet sales targets and corporate goals.
- Sales Forecasting: Lead forecasting, set goals, and manage sales territories and quotas.
- Market Insights: Analyze customer needs, establish trade programs, and design promotions.
- Channel & Account Management: Oversee sales distribution, manage key accounts in Eastern Canada, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Market Expansion: Identify and grow new market opportunities through distribution channels.
- Compliance: Ensure product registrations meet legal requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor sales, accounts receivable, and competitor activity.
- Trade Marketing: Implement and track marketing initiatives and trade activities.
- Business Planning: Conduct sales analytics and develop business plans to drive growth.
- New Product Launches: Lead product launches and expand distribution.
- B2B Food & Beverage Sales: Proven experience in account management and growth in the industry.
- Sales & Business Development: Strong history of driving market growth through strategic planning.
- Relationship Management: Skilled in communication and negotiation with clients.
- Market Analysis: Ability to interpret market trends and customer data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Willing to Travel: Available to travel within assigned territories for client meetings.
