Hammehr Talent Consultants is partnering with a cutting-edge software company to recruit a Director of Product.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of innovative products, managing the full lifecycle from concept to launch, client delivery, and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, driving timely and strategic product decisions.
  • Communicate the product vision and value proposition clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the product development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful messaging and positioning for the product.
  • Implement agile and streamlined processes for product development and deployment to enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships that support product scalability and market expansion.
  • Drive efforts to shape industry standards and regulations to enhance competitive positioning in the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or business discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, ideally with SaaS product development.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the energy or environmental sector is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

This role will be pivotal in driving forward software solutions that have a real-world impact on environmental sustainability, making a significant contribution to reducing carbon emissions through technology.
