Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Cash-A-Cheque is seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or Reject Applications: Evaluate loan applications and make informed decisions to approve or reject them.
  • Complete Credit and Loan Documentation: Prepare and process credit and loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Interview Applicants: Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess their financial status and creditworthiness.
  • Open New Accounts: Open new personal and non-personal accounts, providing access to automated banking services.
  • Promote Credit and Loan Services: Promote our credit and loan services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Review and Update Files: Regularly review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
