Area Sales Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for promoting Manulift products in the Ottawa area in a structured and strategic manner to drive growth in the region and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining strong relationships with clients through visits to client work sites;
- Planning and organizing sales strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets;
- Generating potential leads for future sales;
- Identifying customer needs and reacting appropriately while understanding market conditions and the prices of local competitors;
- Using the sales database in Salesforce CRM to ensure that information is updated daily;
- Following up after sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales/external sales positions;
- Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment;
- Valid driver's license;
- Experience using a CRM.
