About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are processed and issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales and retention goals and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines and Auto products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • A competitive salary range of $42,000.00 to $55,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
