Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at N&M Produce Ltd. in a retail business setting.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 people, assign duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including budgeting and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, including supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required, and public transportation is available.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train, and a permanent position is available.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
