We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at Satt Associates Inc. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing plans for building projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are executed within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Design and Development: Create detailed designs and plans for building projects, taking into account factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on building design and construction.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior architects and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Education: A degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
