About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at TBD Architecture + Urban Planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative architectural solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and coordinate technical activities in architecture and engineering projects.
  • Prepare and present design concepts and plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with town planning laws and environmental impact assessments.
  • Conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
  • Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Architects.
  • Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification offered by the Canada Green Building Council.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience in project coordination and architectural specialization.
