A distinguished law firm located in downtown Montreal is seeking a senior legal assistant (executive functions) to support an associate lawyer in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the associate with daily tasks including document preparation, contracts, confidential memoranda, and coordination of activities;
- Serve as a point of contact between the associate and various stakeholders, including internal and external clients at all levels;
- Track significant files and deadlines;
- Organize and manage the associate's calendar;
- Oversee the associate's practice (meetings, expenses, travel arrangements, training, client interactions, etc.);
- Compose and manage correspondence;
- Handle client inquiries, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Degree in legal secretarial studies or equivalent;
- At least 8 years of experience in the legal sector;
- Proficient in English and conversational French;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
