About the Role
As the Lead for Student Engagement and Equity, you will play a vital role in shaping the student experience at LALS. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote inclusivity, support student success, and foster a sense of belonging within our community.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance student engagement and equity across all aspects of the LALS experience.
- Program Development & Implementation: Design and deliver innovative programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the diverse needs of our students and promote a culture of inclusivity.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment that supports student success.
- Data Analysis & Evaluation: Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, and make informed decisions to continuously improve student outcomes.
Qualifications
We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual with a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- A Master's degree in Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Significant experience working in higher education, preferably within a law school setting.
- Proven success in developing and implementing programs that promote student engagement and equity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing students from diverse backgrounds.
