Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we are operating efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a noisy and hot environment, with occasional exposure to odours.
