About the RoleAs a Kinesiologist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist.
- Designing, implementing, and supervising graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs.
- Conducting biweekly reassessments of client progress through functional testing.
- Recording functional and subjective findings in client charts regularly.
- Working cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
- Conducting group orientation and education lectures and regular one-on-one education for clients.
- Completing functional components of reports for initial, progress, and discharge.
- Ensuring return-to-work plans with the client and employer have been made and documented in the client chart.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario.
- Graduation from a university Kinesiology degree program.
- Preferably, 1-3 years of work experience specializing in Occupational Rehabilitation and Functional Assessment, an asset.
- New Graduates licensed as Kinesiologists are welcome to apply.
