Kinesiologist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Kinesiologist to join our team at Pro Physio & Sport Medicine Centres Jeanne d'Arc, a Lifemark Health Group company. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Kinesiologist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the guidance of a physiotherapist
- Design and implement graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs
- Teach exercise classes to seniors at a local retirement residence
- Monitor client progress through regular functional testing and record findings in client charts
- Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
- Develop and deliver group orientation and education lectures, as well as one-on-one education sessions
- Prepare functional components of reports for initial, progress, and discharge
- Ensure return-to-work plans are made and documented in client charts

- Registered with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario
- Graduate of a university Kinesiology degree program
- 1-5 years of work experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is considered an asset
