Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our Research & Development team. As a key member of our global Cloud DevOps team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our cloud-enabled products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement test design and test plans to ensure the quality and security of our cloud solutions.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to QA members integrated into the CDO teams, ensuring consistency of built-in quality efforts across all teams.
  • Define test plans, test automation strategy, and performance, scalability, and reliability strategy.
  • Recommend and implement test tools in cloud, ensuring test results are recorded, available, and reported to stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key Quality metrics and incidents, using Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve CDO's quality.
  • Guide the team towards a culture of built-in quality and continuous improvement using LEAN principles.
Requirements
  • Subject matter expert on quality best practices.
  • Experienced Root Cause Analysis conductor.
  • Experience with incident and incident management.
  • Experience managing a quality assurance software product organization.
  • Experience with performance, scalability, reliability testing.
  • Able to observe bottlenecks in process and develop processes and procedures to overcome them.
  • Independent decision maker – develop ideas and proposals to suggest changes and make decisions.
  • Experience managing remote employees and/or offices.
  • Experience with QA Test Automation.
  • Experience with source control management systems.
  • Experience with either Azure or AWS cloud providers and solutions.
