Join Our Dynamic Team - Keyholder Role in Fashion Retail

The Keyholder will report directly to the store manager. This position is essential in delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring customers feel welcomed, understanding their preferences, and fostering trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional shopping experiences to cultivate positive customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
  • Perform cashier duties while applying sales expertise to boost related item purchases.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the sales area.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures diligently.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18.
  • For Quebec applicants: bilingualism in French and English is advantageous.
