About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Drive sales by offering personalized product recommendations and promoting our latest collections.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
