Summary
The Project Implementation Specialist (PMO Qualitative) will play a vital role in the development and refinement of written protocols, operational guidelines, and documentation in response to evolving directives and business requirements, as well as client needs and contract developments. This role will support ongoing improvement initiatives and assist in the creation and delivery of training materials to communicate updates in business goals or project execution standards.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and establish standard business requirements and specifications for functions, processes, and/or programs related to construction project execution.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process-related challenges and facilitate innovative solutions to conventional issues.
- Coordinate with business partners to pinpoint and address coordination challenges across various streams.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders and business partners on Project Implementation Services initiatives, process modifications, and other continuous enhancements.
- Facilitate training sessions led by other business partners for Project Implementation Services team members or others as necessary.
- Create and disseminate information to internal stakeholders through various channels such as email communications, team announcements, etc.
- Assist in maintaining document version control at all times.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Prior experience in facility and/or project management services.
- Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g., Office administration, Communication).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in process mapping and documentation.
- Excellent computer skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Financials.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation standards.
- Some experience in project management.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient skills in business administration.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
