About the Role

Under the direction of the PREP LTC Manager, you will work collaboratively with the PREP LTC team to design, test, and spread a collaborative placement model that brings together LTC homes and education institutions. Your expertise in research, knowledge mobilization, and quality improvement will be essential in supporting the adoption and sustaining of high-quality student placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the PREP LTC team to develop and implement deliverables related to the design and testing of collaborative placement models.
  • Collect and analyze research evidence to inform the design and implementation of collaborative placement models.
  • Partner with LTC and education sector partners to develop, test, and evaluate sustainable collaborative placement models.
  • Coordinate with the Ontario CLRI teams at Bruyère, Schlegel-UW RIA, and Baycrest to leverage their expertise and advance PREP LTC planning and activities.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field or a combination of an undergraduate degree and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Ontario healthcare or education settings.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Customer Relationship Management products.
