About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategist to join our team at Media.Monks. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients create innovative digital products, mobile apps, and web platforms that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research and generate insights to inform experience strategies and creative briefs
  • Identify emerging trends and predict possible futures to drive business growth
  • Develop and deliver new business pitches, engage with clients, and lead strategy presentations
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, generate market and customer insights, and map emerging cultural trends
  • Lead the development of customer engagement strategies and define and deliver internal and client workshops and design innovation sprints
  • Mentor junior team members and support them in delivering project deliverables
  • Help raise strategic literacy amongst individuals in the wider Media Monks organization
  • Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in digital technologies and cultural trends
What We Offer

At Media.Monks, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$110,000 CAD, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
