Director of Retail Operations

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of retail sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient and effective store operations
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience
- 3+ years of merchandising manager experience
- 3+ years of retail planning and buying experience
- Fluency in Dayforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS
- Maricopa County Manager Food Handlers Card and AZ Liquor Manager Server Certification
- Proven ability to drive sales results through a strong level of business acumen
- Demonstrated success in talent development/management
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
