Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food is prepared and served on time.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Analyze our menu and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and dedicated team to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs and provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
