Job Title: Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Industrial Plastics Fabricators Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, including plastics processing machine operators.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the plastic products manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
