Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Sales Operations team at Garage Clothing Co. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers, building and maintaining meaningful relationships, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
  • Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Organized; hands-on teammate, proactive in all tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high attention and service
