Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Bar Site Manager to join our Consumer Fuels Division team at our south Windermere location in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will have open and flexible availability and be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and planning for the direction of their site.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies that support North Central Co-op's vision and achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery, and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the site team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in the consumer gas industry.
- Familiarity with merchandising.
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what they do.
- Believes in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognizes the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
