Key Responsibilities- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, promoting their emotional well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
- Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring
- Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting
