Job Title: Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Editor to join our team at RSM. As an Editor, you will play a critical role in developing and publishing thought leadership content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the middle market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write engaging content, including articles, blog posts, research reports, and white papers, in collaboration with industry analysts and subject matter experts.
  • Edit and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with RSM's brand voice and style.
  • Work closely with the Communications, Marketing, and Growth (CMG) teams to package and publish content on various platforms, including our website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage content for macroeconomic campaigns and research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform content strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in reporting and/or editing in a deadline-driven environment, such as a national news organization, daily newspaper, or corporate newsroom.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
  • Strong knowledge of AP style and The Canadian Press style.
  • Bilingual English/French is a plus.
