We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Foodie Bros. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Cooking and Food PreparationPrepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
Food Safety and QualityInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
Inventory ManagementMaintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
Cleanliness and OrganizationClean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Schedule30 to 44 hours per week.
