Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
