Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Co-op Applications Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics Corporation. This is a temporary full-time position designed for students pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in hands-on laboratory work to evaluate the performance of RF PLL devices.
  • Utilize scripting skills to enhance testing processes and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize device performance.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of frequency domain signal analysis, including phase noise and spectrum analysis.
  • Familiarity with programming in Python.
  • Knowledge of PLL architecture and control systems.
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, with relevant coursework in circuit analysis and control theory.
