About the Role

Ventana Construction Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Safety: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with safety procedures and protocols.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the site, including the management of personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and clients to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on site activities and progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise on site, including safety incidents, equipment failures, and quality control issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a construction site supervision role.
  • Qualifications: A valid hoist operator and TCP ticket, as well as a strong understanding of construction safety protocols and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to work on your feet for extended periods, lift objects weighing up to 55lbs, and perform physical tasks as required.
