Education Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors.

  • Exposure to dusty conditions is expected.
Work Setting

  • Positions may be located in remote locations or various sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in moving tools, equipment, and materials necessary for installation.
  • Support surveying activities by holding stakes as required.
  • Communicate safety procedures to coworkers and the public.
  • Provide assistance to tradespersons and apprentices as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
Experience Required
  • Previous experience in installation roles is beneficial.
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable.
Transportation Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
Physical Demands
  • This role is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity.
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling is required.
  • Must be capable of handling heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Tools and Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for this position.
Compensation
  • Financial benefits are provided as per the collective agreement.
