Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors, project team members, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization and various stakeholder groups.
• Develop, manage, and report on schedules, costs, resources, risks, and project objectives at various levels of the organization, including project governance tables.
• Lead project teams to meet objectives and stakeholders' expectations providing direction and clear communication of the vision for project success.
• Develop and execute risk management and mitigation plans.
• Balance competing goals of project stakeholders to achieve consensus on project outcomes while maximizing business value of the project.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Health, IT or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in direct Project Management supplemented with demonstrated experience in, but not limited to:
o Agile project development and execution
o Leading large-scale projects and teams
o QA and testing methodologies

• Experience in digital health related projects is preferred.

Skills:
• Knowledge of project management principles, standards, and processes.
• Proactively anticipate and manage changes in project scope.
• In-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management tools, techniques, and methods.
• Superior interpersonal skills (written and oral communications).
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in a matrix environment and engage diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Self-motivated and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of provincial health care environment.
• Demonstrate good judgment and an ability to build consensus among groups with differing priorities.
• Demonstrate leadership, influence, communication, presentation and facilitation skills while balancing multiple initiatives.
