Position Overview
We are currently seeking a new Vice President, Clinical Services who will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care throughout the organization. This position presents a significant leadership opportunity to not only meet but also elevate healthcare standards through innovative practices and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President, Clinical Services, you will be an integral member of the Executive Team, overseeing a wide array of clinical services. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer, your primary focus will be to lead strategic and operational initiatives in clinical service delivery that align with Osler's mission of fostering a healthier community. This role emphasizes driving clinical excellence, improving patient care standards, and implementing innovative projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in advancing the patient experience, prioritizing excellence, quality improvement, and best practices, while also maintaining Osler's high standards of clinical care and spearheading transformative projects that propel the organization forward.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned healthcare executive, adept at navigating complex, multi-site operations within a dynamic healthcare landscape, with a proven ability to champion and advance Osler's strategic objectives. You will be a collaborative leader with a deep commitment to patients, staff, and high-quality performance. In addition to possessing strong credentials and a successful track record in clinical leadership and program operations, you will excel in relationship building, having a history of working with high-performing teams and achieving results through excellence in execution.
