We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Insurance Wholesaler to join our team at Manulife. Key Responsibilities- Proactively interact with advisors daily to support key advisors and partner with them to uncover sales opportunities.
- Handle and coordinate daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics in a way that best supports advisors and the region.
- Handle incoming advisor inquiries, including case consultations, illustration support, product queries, and training.
- Use peers, external wholesalers, tools, resources, data, and analytics to investigate proactive sales opportunities and formalize them through effective business planning.
- Build and maintain advisor profiles and data on current and proposed activity.
- Collaborate with peers from other teams, departments, and territories to share business leads and ideas.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance or sales.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Mandarin is a requirement.
- LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including an intermediate level of experience using Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity.
- Innovative marketing and problem-solving skills.
