Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of sales staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments and Merchandise Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Order Merchandise and Maintain Inventory: Source and procure merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stock management.
- Establish Work Schedules and Supervise Staff: Create and manage work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales Data: Compile and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Complaints and Issues: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
