Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas stations.

Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient operation of the gas station
  • Authorize payments by cheque to customers
  • Order merchandise to maintain an adequate inventory level
  • Authorize return of merchandise to prevent losses
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs
  • Sell merchandise to customers
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
