Job Title: Gas Station Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise, and coordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail business environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
