As a **Tools Programmer** at **Ubisoft Entertainment**, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing technologies that empower our content creation teams. Your primary objective is to streamline their workflows, allowing them to concentrate on developing engaging games.

In your role as a productivity advocate, you will select, develop, and sustain innovative, user-centric, and sustainable solutions that bring production concepts to life. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust tools designed to boost **productivity** and ensure long-term **integrability** for production teams.
  • **Design** tools that cater to specific user requirements.
  • **Debug** systems to uphold the quality of tool code.

  • **Collaborate** with production team members (artists, designers, etc.) to thoroughly understand their needs.
  • **Share** your innovations and insights with colleagues in the tools community.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software programming, preferably within the video game industry or a related field.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in various programming languages, particularly C# and C++.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, and resourcefulness that motivate you to engage with others.
  • Flexibility in organizing your work to adapt to evolving circumstances.
