Our business model, 'Rethink and Reuse,' encompasses buying, selling, and recycling, providing communities with a smart way to shop and preventing over 700 million pounds of used goods from ending up in landfills each year. We also support over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing a source of revenue that helps support their essential community programs and services.

Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for making key decisions that directly impact the success of your store. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
