Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth in your store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor supervisors, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your goal will be to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales floor supervisors to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing donations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals
