Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve desired results and exceed equipment sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits to their work sites.
- Generate potential leads for future sales and identify customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions and competitor pricing.
- Utilize the sales database in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or external sales positions.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry and its heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Initial sales training and ongoing training throughout your career.
- Expense account, cell phone, and laptop provided.
