We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at SSA Recruitment Ltd. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information or services to employees, and preparing and posting notices and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide information or services to employees.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English or French.
